Monisha Gibson

Monisha Gibson, Director of Programs, is responsible for the implementation and development of LEAP programming citywide and manages the Youth Development and Children's Programs. Monisha graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and continued on to earn her Master's degree in Elementary Education from Columbia University. She is an experienced educator who is dedicated to guiding youth to succeed while inspiring an insatiable passion for learning and reading.
