Director of Development

This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position. The Director of Development is charged with leading the Development team in all activities relating to relationship building with current constituents, prospective donors, Board members, and foundations/corporations and establishing effective strategies for fundraising.

Community Center Manager

This is a full-time, exempt, (salaried) position. This is a highly visible position requiring effective interaction and communication with a wide range of internal staff, children, and parents. The Community Center Manager is responsible for the scheduling, development and supervision of the LEAP Community Center, staff, athletics/resources, and equipment.
